RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund less any return shipping fees. At this time, exchanges are not allowed, and a new purchase will be required. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE
When online orders are placed, please review your email address and shipping address during checkout and if there are any errors make appropriate corrections before submitting a purchase. Please provide an accurate, deliverable address for the (USPS) United States Postal Service within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, and please provide an accurate, deliverable address for APO/FPO within the United States and U.S. territories, (we do not ship orders internationally). Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday (not including holidays). It may take 2 to 4 days for your order to be prepared for shipping after it’s been submitted. Once your package leaves our facility, the package is in the carrier’s hands and the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site passes to you. A tracking number will be populated when a product is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Only USPS is used for shipping of all orders. We will not issue a refund for a lost package, damaged package, stolen, or packages that have the wrong address.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the invoice purchase date. All returned items must be unwashed, in new and unused condition, and with all original tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS
All returns require proof of purchase. We are not obligated to provide a refund without proof of purchase. Please retain a copy of the purchase receipt for your reference. Once the item(s) and proof of purchase have been repackaged securely in its original box or pouch packaging, if able, for ease of return (you are responsible for safely repacking the item(s) being returned) and you have removed any previous shipping labels, drop off your package with the correct carrier, your local USPS. We only use the USPS service for all returns. If you drop off your package with the wrong carrier, your package may be lost in transit. Please note, the buyer/customer will be responsible for all return labels and all return shipping fees or other materials necessary for returning an item(s). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return along with retaining any return shipping receipts until a refund is issued.

REFUNDS
After receiving your returned product and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return, less any return shipping fees. We will refund the amount according to the original payment method. For a replacement item, a new order will be required. All items are subject to availability. We do not offer store credit or free shipping. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your package to process your return credit. Butterbucks reserves the right to refund at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change or update our refund policy without prior notification. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates to our Return Policy in our Terms of Service.
EXCEPTIONS
Any product(s) that have been marked as “on sale”, marked as “final sale”, or marked “as is”, these item(s) will not be eligible for returns.

· Please take your package to your local USPS for all returns.
· Butterbucks does not provide International Shipping.
